We do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. We do not provide emergency medical care, medical diagnosis, prescribed medical treatment, or medical advice in place of your doctor.
Our role is to provide integrative, preventative, wellbeing and supportive guidance within our professional scope.

You should not delay seeking medical advice because of information received from JL Integrative Medicine or from this website.
4. Suitability of services
Our services may not be suitable for everyone. We may decline, postpone or discontinue a service if we believe it is not appropriate, safe or within our scope of practice.
We may recommend that you seek GP, consultant, pharmacist or other healthcare professional review before continuing with our services.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your health, medical history, medication, supplements, allergies, pregnancy, diagnosed conditions, investigations, test results, and any relevant GP or consultant involvement.
5. Medication and existing medical treatment
You should not stop, reduce or change prescribed medication, medical treatment, investigations or monitoring without first consulting your GP, consultant, pharmacist or prescribing healthcare professional.
Any discussion about herbs, supplements, lifestyle changes, diet, movement, stress management, or wellbeing practices is intended to support your general wellbeing and must be considered alongside your existing medical care.
6. Bookings
Appointments may be booked through our website, booking system, by email, by telephone, or by another agreed method.
A booking is confirmed when:
-
you have selected or agreed an appointment time;
-
you have provided the required booking information;
-
payment has been made, where payment is required in advance; and
-
you have received confirmation of the appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where necessary, including where the service is unsuitable, payment has not been received, there is a conflict of interest, or there are safety or professional concerns.
7. Fees, payments and installment payment options
Fees for services will be displayed on the website, booking page, invoice, or otherwise confirmed before booking.
Payment may be required at the time of booking or before the appointment takes place.
Additional costs, such as laboratory tests, functional tests, supplements, herbal products, written reports, extended correspondence, or follow-up services, are not included unless clearly stated.
Where PayPal, Klarna or another instalment payment option is available, this is provided through the relevant third-party payment provider. Any instalment agreement is between you and the payment provider.
JL Integrative Medicine is not responsible for the payment provider’s approval decisions, instalment schedule, payment reminders, charges, declined payments or account management processes.
If a refund is approved by JL Integrative Medicine, it will normally be processed through the original payment method or payment provider. Any refund may be applied by the provider to your instalment plan or outstanding balance according to that provider’s own terms and processes.
All prices are subject to review and may be updated from time to time. Price changes will not affect bookings already confirmed unless otherwise agreed.

The Refund, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy applies to all appointments booked as part of a package.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a package appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be treated as late cancellations and the session may be counted as used.
Missed appointments are non-refundable and may be counted as used.

If you book an appointment or package that is due to begin within the 14-day cancellation period, you agree that the service may begin during that period.
Once an appointment has taken place and the service has been fully provided, you acknowledge that you may lose the right to cancel and receive a refund for that completed service.
If you cancel after a service or package has started but before it has been fully completed, you may be required to pay a reasonable amount for the service already provided.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.

13. Reports, letters and communication with other professionals
Where appropriate, we may prepare written summaries, reports, or letters for you.
With your agreement, these may be shared with your GP, consultant or another healthcare professional.
Any letter or report provided by JL Integrative Medicine is intended to support communication and does not replace medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or medical advice from a registered healthcare professional.
14. No guaranteed outcomes
Individual responses to integrative health and wellbeing approaches vary.
