I am an Integrative Medicine Practitioner (non-conventional medicine), with a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science and advanced training in Bioregulatory medicine. I am a Member of the Institute of Biomedical Science (IBMS), British Society for Bioregulatory Medicine (MBSBM) and the Complementary Medical Association (CMA).
For more than 15 years, I have immersed myself in the study and practice of Nutritional Therapy, Herbal Medicine and Acupressure. My passion for understanding the human body led me to earn a degree in Biomedical Science, followed by a Postgraduate specialization in Bioregulatory Medicine.
My work integrates a strong foundation in biomedical science, with evidence-informed approaches in alternative medicine that support the body’s natural self-regulation and resilience. I specialise in personalised, whole-person care using herbal medicine, acupressure, yoga therapy, and lifestyle-based interventions, working alongside conventional healthcare where appropriate.Throughout my career,
